Position – Hr Specialist – Saudi National Only

Location Riyadh – Sulai exit-18 / Industrial area
The primary function of the role is to coordinate with the HR Manager regarding processing and assisting of all staff .You will ensure that all employees joining this organization comply with KSA Government regulations and employment laws.
You will have full responsibility for all labor law related matters. You will ensure documents are completed and received on time and processed. You will contact with the relevant government departments with regards to visas, licenses and sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for updating employee records including employment contract, medical insurance, social security, travel and residency.
Responsible for medical insurance (adding – deleting – editing the insurance category)
Responsible for Government Relation programs (Gosi – Muqeem-Qiwa-Mudad- Tamm-MoL)
Responsible for visa processing and submitting visa applications to immigration and labor offices for the following: KSA employment visa, renewal / transfer visa, visit visa, tourist visa and foreign visa required for business travel after ensuring proper documentation.
Provide assistance to employee regarding each category.
Deal with general inquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service.
Maintain the list of all employees along with their visas details and renewable of visa and properly communicate the renewable of visa before its expiration.
Guide and assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents and provide them necessary information regarding visa details and requirement of documents.
Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required
Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
Provide continuous advice in regards to the new rules in the governmental departments.
Provide continuous update in regards to the developing the visa process and facilitating with the governmental departments
Responsible for Business Trip and booking airline tickets.
Joining hands in collection department for sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any related qualification.
Minimum 1 year experience.
Understanding of Labor laws is a must.
Experts in all type of visa processing and license renewable.
Computer Skills.
English Language.
